The Golden State Warriors are experiencing what it is like to be the hunted in the NBA. In addition to being the team on everyone’s radar, the Dubs are also officially the team most fans dislike now because of their offseason signing of star Kevin Durant. And it’s not just fans that are taking their shots at the Warriors.
Long-time veteran, Jason Terry, is no stranger to making a little noise with his opinions. Terry, now with the Milwaukee Bucks, called Klay Thompson and Kawhi Leonard “B-side performers of the NBA.” While Thompson has always been overshadowed by Steph Curry, most hoop junkies believe he could be a star on another team. As for Leonard, Terry is in the minority with that opinion. At any rate, Thompson fired back at Terry, saying he’ll gladly play second fiddle if it means winning championships.

To be fair to Terry, he does own a championship ring, but it was won playing as a second/third option of the Dallas Mavericks. It’s quite possible that Terry doesn’t realize that Thompson has improved every season during his five-year career. In fact, Klay has notched 21.7 and 22.1 points per game over the last two season — Terry never had one season dropping 20 points plus a game.
I don’t think we need anymore Jason Terry opinions on the stars of the game. Go take a nap, gramps.
